SUPER EASY PASTA WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE

Zutaten für 2 Portionen:

• Pasta of your choice
• 250g fresh mushrooms
• 250ml vegan cream
• One onion
• Mediterranean herb mix of your choice
• salt and pepper
• some oil for frying

Topping:
• Fresh flax seeds
• Fresh thyme

Zubereitung

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion and sauté in a pan with a little oil. Slice the mushrooms. Once the onions are translucent, add the mushrooms and simmer a little. Then deglaze with vegan cream. Now add salt, pepper and fresh Mediterranean herbs of your choice (for example basil, parsley, thyme, oregano) and simmer everything on medium heat for at least 5 minutes. Arrange the pasta on a plate, add the mushroom sauce and top everything with flax seeds and fresh thyme. Bon appetite!
